Rojovi S.L., contact email info@eltaulellgastronomic.com and phone 962 383 979, is the controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
2. Data we process
Through the table-booking form (/en/book) we collect: day, shift and time, party size, full name, phone number, email (optional) and comments about the booking (optional, e.g. allergies). If you call or message us to book, staff record the same data manually in the system.
3. Purpose
To manage your booking and contact you to confirm it, clarify it, or change or cancel it if needed.
4. Legal basis
Performance of a pre-contractual relationship at your request (art. 6.1.b of the GDPR): you give us this data when requesting a table, and we process it to handle that request.
5. Retention period
We keep booking data for [Pending confirmation] (draft: 12 months from the booking date) to handle possible follow-ups, after which it is deleted periodically (an automatic purge configured by the restaurant), unless the law requires a different retention period.
6. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Our web hosting provider ([Pending: hosting provider]) may access the data as a data processor.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@eltaulellgastronomic.com. If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
